Book Cassie!

Cassie Donegan brings a distinctive combination of professional artistry, executive leadership, education, and service to every engagement. An Actors’ Equity Association actor and award-winning vocalist, Cassie has performed on stages across the country in leading roles in shows including Waitress, Grease, 9 to 5, Legally Blonde, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Mamma Mia!

From the stage to the classroom, the boardroom to communities across the country, Cassie has built a career centered on using her voice—both literally and figuratively—to move people. Her experience spans professional theatre and live performance, keynote and motivational speaking, arts education, community advocacy, nonprofit work, corporate leadership, and national service initiatives. Cassie is an experienced arts educator, director, choreographer, music director, and private voice teacher who has created and taught original STEAM-based masterclass curriculum, theatre courses, and performance programming for students of varying ages and experience levels. Her commitment to making arts education accessible has also led her to found four arts-education scholarship opportunities, including a partnership with the Institute of American Musical Theatre providing full tuition to its summer intensive.

Cassie brings substantial leadership and business experience to her speaking work as well. As Chief Operations Officer of a technology-based childcare agency, she oversees strategic operations, team development, recruitment and training, safety systems, and multi-market business expansion. That experience gives her a perspective that bridges the performing arts with entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, workforce development, and building mission-driven organizations.

As Miss America 2026, Cassie worked with students, educators, families, community leaders, and policymakers to champion equitable access to arts education. Her broader service has included work supporting veterans and military families, disability inclusion, emergency preparedness, and heart-health education. She has served as an Honorary Global Ambassador for the USO, an ambassador for Best Buddies International, an American Red Cross Emergency Preparedness Instructor, and a national ambassador supporting the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative.

Whether she is delivering a keynote, performing in concert, emceeing an event, teaching a masterclass, speaking with students, leading professional development, or representing a mission onstage, Cassie approaches each engagement with the same goal: to create something meaningful, specific to the audience, and worth remembering. Her warmth, professionalism, humor, and extensive real-world experience allow her to connect just as naturally with a room of students as with educators, executives, nonprofit leaders, or a theatre audience.

Cassie is available for speaking engagements, vocal performances and concerts, hosting and emceeing, arts and STEAM masterclasses, educational programming, advocacy and nonprofit events, corporate and leadership engagements, community appearances, and customized programming.
